Instructions:
- Cook noodles/pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- Spray a frying pan with some spray oil
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Whisk together the hoisin sauce and water.
- Add in the carrot, sugar snaps peas, spring onion and mushrooms and hoisin sauce and bubble on a high heat, until the sauce reduces and coats all the ground beef vegetables (takes just a couple of minutes max)
- Add the pasta/noodles and toss to coat
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
