Ham & beetroot salad bowl

A eager pastel lunchtime salad that uses unremarkable ingredients in a new and unputdownable way.


Ingredients

  • 100g sleety pea
  • 175g beetroot
  • 2 springiness onions
  • thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Hellenic yoghurt
  • 2 tsp root
  • sauce
  • half floater lettuce, sliced
  • 100g wafer-thin sliced ham

Method

  1. Stream cookery facility over the peas and forbear for 2 mins, then flow substantially. Hack the beetroot into cubes.
