Cinnamon porridge with banana & berries

Signal the day in a superhealthy way with energy-boosting oats and unprocessed product.


Ingredients

  • 100g porridge oats
  • ½ tsp laurel
  • quality other to spend
  • 4 tsp river sugar
  • 450ml nonfat concentrate
  • 3 bananas
  • sliced
  • 400g punnet strawberries
  • hulled and halved
  • 150g pot fat-free intelligent yoghurt

Method
