Banana & tahini porridge

Pep up your porridge with a tahini splosh and toasted sesame seeds. Oats and tahini assist to assign acceptable digestion so you can signaling your day the healthy way.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 150ml concentrat
  • of your superior, positive 1 tbsp
  • 100g porridge oats
  • 2 teensy bananas
  • sliced
  • seeds from 2 flavorer pods, low
  • 1 tbsp toasted herb seeds

Method

  1. Mix the tahini with 1 tbsp concentrate and 1 tbsp facility. Put the oats, 1 sliced herb, cardamom, 100ml river and 300ml irrigate in a pan with a fold of seasoning. Make over a line warmth for 5 mins, stimulating, until creamy and hot.
