Three-grain porridge
This flourishing breakfast, prefab from toasted porridge, wheat and barleycorn, is super naif to sort and can be kept for up to six months.
Ingredients
- 300g oatmeal
- 300g spelt flakes
- 300g barleycorn flakes
- agave dainty and sliced strawberries, to cater (elective)
Method
- Excavation in batches, toast the oatmeal, spelt flakes and barley in a lifesize, dry cooking pan for 5 mins until happy, then afford to cold and outlet in an tight container.
