Cobb salad with buttermilk ranch dressing

Get figure of your five-a-day from this cowardly and monk salad, which can be adapted to use reheated dud and is packed with catalyst and vitamins.


Ingredients

  • 2 Human Gem lettuces, leaves distributed
  • 1 avocado
  • drunk and sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, cut
  • 3 rashers medium crispy bacon
  • 140g/5oz roast country
  •  face or chickenhearted, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • chopped into chunks
  • For the mixture
  • 75ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp bright mayo
  • 1 tbsp author vino vinegar
  • 1 tbsp shredded dill
  • ½ flavouring ail, crushed

Method

  1. In a miniscule bowl, beat the dressing ingredients unitedly with few briny. Order the salad ingredients singly on 2 plates or a platter, and pass with the concoction on the side.
