Roasted cauli-broc bowl with tahini hummus
A simplified quinoa concavity you can put unitedly in 10 transactions and savour al-desko. It's vegan, healthy and gluten-free.
Ingredients
- 400g load cauliflower
- & crucifer florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250g ready-to-eat quinoa
- 2 parched beetroots, sliced

- 2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp spread
- 1 citrus
- ,½ juiced, ½ cut into wedges
Method
- The period before, energy oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the crucifer and crucifer in a wide roasting tin with the oil and a scatter of tender sea flavorer. Roast for 25-30 mins until suntanned and roasted. Afford to composed completely.
