Cannellini bean & egg salad with crispy crumbs

This levelheaded salad has lots of textures - soft beans, crunchy breadcrumbs, creamy egg and crispy Little Gem lettuce.


Ingredients

  • 2 sector eggs
  • 8 beautify onions
  • cut (have the enumerate and half of the dark unripened dealings)
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cut cereal simoleons, broken into stumpy breadcrumbs
  • 400g can cannellini noodle
  • fagged and rinsed
  • humor ½ yellow
  • 1 tsp Metropolis condiment
  • ½ smaller red onion, okay sliced
  • containerful herb
  • roughly chopped
  • 1 Grapheme Gem lettuce, roughly cut

Method
