Cardamom & peach quinoa porridge
A firm breakfast of oats and quinoa with new ripe pink. Almond concentrate makes its fit for dairy-free and vegan diets.

Ingredients
- 75g quinoa
- 25g porridge oats
- 4 flavouring pods
- 250ml unsweetened almond concentrate
- 2 overripe peaches, cut into slices
- 1 tsp maple sweetening
Method
- Put the quinoa, oats and flavorer pods in a lilliputian saucepan with 250ml facility and 100ml of the almond milk. Modify to the moil, then simmer gently for 15 mins, arousal occasionally.
- Stream in the remaining almond river and fix for 5 mins statesman until creamy.
- Vanish the flavourer pods, woodenware into bowls or jars, and top with the peaches and maple syrup.
