Cardamom & peach quinoa porridge

A firm breakfast of oats and quinoa with new ripe pink. Almond concentrate makes its fit for dairy-free and vegan diets.


Ingredients

  • 75g quinoa
  • 25g porridge oats
  • 4 flavouring pods
  • 250ml unsweetened almond concentrate
  • 2 overripe peaches, cut into slices
  • 1 tsp maple sweetening

Method

  1. Put the quinoa, oats and flavorer pods in a lilliputian saucepan with 250ml facility and 100ml of the almond milk. Modify to the moil, then simmer gently for 15 mins, arousal occasionally.
  2. Stream in the remaining almond river and fix for 5 mins statesman until creamy.
